We're seeking a Video Editor I to join our Language Processing team. This role is pivotal in producing high-quality Gospel Films in various languages. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, and passionate about leveraging creative talent for a global Kingdom impact.

Responsibilities include:

1. Edit Gospel Films using Adobe Premiere Pro according to established standards, including:

•Importing files into designated project folders

•Checking sequences, locking tracks, and extending the work bar

•Balancing audio volumes

•Looping music tracks

•Extend scenes using appropriate B-Roll footage

•Applying transitions correctly

2. Ensure that necessary edits preserve the high quality of the original films

3. Apply appropriate title sequences, end credits, and copyright information to each film.

4. Perform thorough quality control checks to ensure the contextual accuracy of video and audio clips.

5. Efficiently navigate and utilize the B-Roll library, understanding the structure of files and folders for optimal workflow.

6. Utilize Microsoft Planner to access project details, including assignments, due dates, and other relevant project information.

7. Upload completed videos to Vimeo and create a Portfolio for each project

8. Use Adobe Media Encoder to render chapters, Gospel scenes, trailers, and other media as needed.

9. Accurately complete editing documents required for the Master/QC process

10. Report any audio issues to the Gospel Films Administrator

11. Participate actively in weekly team meetings, discussions, troubleshooting efforts, and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Qualifications include :

Required:

§ Demonstrable video aptitude and audio editing ability.


§ Work within the parameters of the designed template and its specific functions.

§ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

§ Must follow established processes and procedures.

§ Ability to sit and concentrate for long periods of time.

§ Good vision and hearing.

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro CC.
