Base pay range $52.00/hr - $56.00/hr Overview Our global automotive manufacturing client is seeking a skilled UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital platforms, including in-vehicle systems, mobile apps, and web interfaces. This role requires independent design execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate research insights into impactful design solutions. The Basics Onsite at the client's office in Raymond, OH 40 hours per week 12 month duration, could extend Top 3 Skills Required Proficiency in Figma and interaction design tools Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience At least 4-7 years of UX design experience Experience working in Agile environments Ability to balance user needs with business goals Key Responsibilities Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows Conduct experience audits and competitive analysis Collaborate with UX researchers to apply user insights Develop information architecture and refine user journeys Participate in and lead design critiques and stakeholder reviews Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices Align design solutions with product goals and technical constraints Contribute to UX strategy and design system evolution In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
