We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Research and recommend travel options including flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance.
Book travel arrangements
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients.
Provide up-to-date advice on travel regulations, health requirements, and safety protocols.
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records and manage billing and payments.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
Stay current with industry trends, destinations, and travel promotions.
Qualifications:
