Work with cross-functional teams to design and support business process solutions using data and intelligence. Hands-on experience with data mining and data exploration using relevant tools and techniques to perform explorative analysis and to answer business questions (Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb operations/Manufacturing process, etc.). Ability to transform business questions into data-driven solutions and a proven track record of doing it in previous roles and responsibilities. 8+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and maintenance of Business Intelligence, reporting, and data applications and analytics solutions. Expertise with Tableau and data visualization, demonstrated abilities in developing reports using SAP BOBJ or similar tools. Advanced knowledge of SQL/Teradata/Snowflake Tableau, etc. Good work ethic and passion to go beyond what is expected. Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights.
