Job Description

Salary: $126,100 - 227,950 per year Requirements:

  • Fourteen years of Systems Engineering experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Information Assurance/Cryptographic experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
  • I will be responsible for technical planning, system design reviews, development and integration oversight, and verification and validation assistance. My duties will include performance of systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.

We are seeking a new and challenging position supporting a complex, mission-critical Program. I am looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Information Assurance Program near Ft. Meade, MD. The successful candidate will participate in the development of system engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents. They will provide technical support for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems, which includes requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, creating system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessments. The new hire will assist with operational views, technical standards views, and system and services views for architectures using applicable DoDAF standards and support the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process, as well as other Government Certification and Accreditation processes.

Desired Skills:
I would prefer that candidates have experience in Space System Engineering.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $126,100.00 - $227,950.00. This range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors will be considered when extending an offer, including job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
