Job Summary Harley-Davidson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Security Specialist to lead and manage physical security operations across multiple corporate and manufacturing facilities. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and operations by implementing and maintaining best-in-class security practices. This position will report to Harley-Davidson's EHS&S Security Manager. Job Responsibilities Lead physical security operations across multiple Harley-Davidson sites, ensuring consistent application of security protocols and standards. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive physical security plans, leveraging both internal teams and third-party vendors. Oversee key corporate security functions, including contract guard services, access control, and product confidentiality initiatives. Contribute to the development and refinement of security-related policies, procedures, and guidelines. Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives related to crisis management and risk mitigation. Provide oversight and direction for third-party security personnel and manage vendor performance to align with organizational expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between security strategies and overall business objectives. Assist in coordinating and managing security and emergency preparedness planning for large-scale events. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Experience Requirements Required 3+ years of progressive experience in physical security, preferably in a corporate or multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of physical security systems, policies, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations and make sound decisions under pressure. Preferred Industry certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar. The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
