Job Details Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage a defined sales territory by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business.
+ Conduct cold outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings or product demos.
+ Deliver compelling, solution-focused presentations to prospective clients.
+ Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups.
+ Track and manage sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the CRM.
+ Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
+ Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client-facing opportunities.
Qualifications:
+ 3 or more years of experience in territory, inside, or direct sales—preferably in a technical or HVAC-related field
+ Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
+ Confident with cold calling and prospecting strategies
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
+ Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM platforms
+ Quick to learn technical products and explain them in a customer-friendly way
+ Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong sense of accountability
