Advancing Medical Care

\n
• Establishes\n medical protocols, trains doctors, and oversees medical/surgical outcomes.
\n
• Ensures\n quality care, controls costs, and addresses client concerns.
\n

Leading Staff and Practice

\n
• Recruits,\n mentors, and evaluates associate doctors and staff.
\n
• Develops\n client compliance protocols and supports staff training initiatives.
\n

Financial Responsibilities

\n
• Drives\n revenue growth and ensures proper client charges and expense management.
\n
• Assists\n in budget preparation and monitors key financial reports.
\n

Growing the Practice

\n
• Builds\n clinic reputation and supports innovative initiatives.
\n
• Monitors\n marketing and client service efforts, seeking operational improvements.
\n

What We Offer:

• Competitive\n Compensation : Generous salary range of $150k - $180k plus production with earning total over $250,000! Compensation\n commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and the scope of services provided\n and bonuses including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses.
