Job Description

Now Hiring: Experienced Heavy Haul Truck Driver
Jobsite Location: Paris, Texas
Starting Pay: $18–$21/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, (5) 10-hour shifts
(Occasional Saturdays may be required based on job needs)

JOB SUMMARY: Drives gasoline or diesel powered tractor trailer combinations to transport and deliver products, livestock, or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form by performing the following duties:

  • Drives truck to destination
  • Inspects truck, trailer, equipment, containers, etc. for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition
  • Maintains driver log according to I.C. regulations
  • Assists workers in loading and unloading truck
  • Operates construction equipment
  • Maintain paperwork including tags, forms, receipts, etc

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED, CDL Class A w/Air required and one to three years related experience.

  • Mechanic experience preferred
