Support team members in achieving their goals. Provide regular performance feedback. Enhance leadership skills continuously. Increase revenue and memberships by delivering excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Learn and promote the use of soaps and equipment. Collaborate with maintenance staff for equipment upkeep. Lead outdoors, coaching and inspiring the team. Ensure a positive customer experience. Ensure policy compliance through training and meetings. Handle disciplinary actions appropriately. Train team members in service, safety, and cashiering. Manage scheduling, productivity, and performance. Monitor financial performance and contribute to financial goals. Handle cash deposits and inventory management. Address vehicle damage claims promptly. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance. Assist customers and resolve complaints. Use membership strategies effectively. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience developing team members and leaders. Self-motivated and results-driven. Proven results in revenue growth. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with membership models (preferred). Experience with maintenance programs (preferred). Ability to read, write, and count accurately. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor. At least 2 years managing a high-performing store or location. Experience in hiring, training, managing costs, and P&L. Retail experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 15 pounds, and perform outdoor work. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
