Position: General ManagerPosition Reports To: OwnersLocation: 6030 Market St. Suite 135, Park City, Utah 84098Join us on a unique opportunity to upgrade our community at Upgrade Labs, Park City. Upgrade Labs is a luxury 360 wellness experience, where cutting-edge technology transforms clients—mind and body. Upgrade Labs PC offers state-of-the-art performance, recovery, and cognition training.We are looking for a General Manager who will be a key partner in building the business. The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Upgrade Labs team and center. They will develop and implement processes and strategies to promote the benefits of memberships and provide exceptional service to all current and future Upgrade Labs members. The General Manager will ensure that our biohacking center and team are always operating at maximum potential while focusing on driving performance month over month. They will develop key performance goals, manage and develop staff, and provide monthly sales and customer service trainings in order to increase monthly revenue. CompensationTotal compensation expected: $75,000 - $135,000)Base Salary of $50,000 - $75,00010% profit share with a cap of $15,000 quarterly (up to $60,000 annually)$300 monthly benefits stipendResponsibilities Sales, member retention, and revenue growthAccountable for P&L and achieving monthly revenue goals through membership, service, and product sales Responsible for monitoring all center expenses and revenue while focused on increasing net profit Monitor CRM to ensure swift and appropriate lead follow up Building local partnerships within the communityPromotions for and analysis of P&L for in-store events such as offsite pop-up eventsTrain and Develop the team members in understanding and obtaining KPIs Run weekly revenue data against KPIs and report results to Owner with strategy for improving performance Keep current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Pull daily reports to input key business figures into Upgrade Labs’ reporting documents Manage and approve hourly employee timesheets for bi-weekly payroll Team Management Develop and train staff on a process for member intake, initial assessments, program consultations, progressive program development and member goal tracking Assist in the hiring and training of future Upgrade Labs team membersTrain the staff on service and sales expectations and perform regular team check-ins to ensure a high service standard focusing on member experience and driving member growth Develop digital folders for key team documents. Manage and update digital files regularly, including all applicable team certificates Hold regularly scheduled one-on-ones with staff, as well as oversee daily team huddles to communicate productivity and sales goals Manage scheduling and shift changes as well as timecard approval while keeping labor cost at a minimum to provide exceptional service Staff scheduling completed one month in advance with focus on maintaining outreach goals Manage quarterly check ins and formal annual reviews Handle all HR related incidents and inquiries promptly and accurately Member Service Maintain a world-class facility from appearance and offerings to equipment function and customer flow Possess a keen eye for the fine details that create meaningful member interactions with the Upgrade Labs center and brand Develop and execute events to strengthen center ties to the greater community while also reinforcing relationships between Upgrade Labs’ members Conduct regular member follow-ups and demonstrate the value of physical and cognitive training Manage and resolve member escalations Solutions and service-oriented focus on members Train and support team in prospecting, generating a client base, and closing sales On-going sales training and coaching – Lead in monitoring team sales processes and providing feedback to team members Coaching, mentoring, and providing ongoing training to ensure closing ratio and lead generation goals are met based on monthly performance goals Qualifications and ExperienceExperience running a facility related to health, wellness, medical, spa, personal training, or similar Experienced hiring and managing people Flexible schedule Previous consumer sales experience P&L experience A strong skill set for scaling fast-growing businesses A drive to lead, innovate, and get-it-done CPR/First Aid Certification Experience with CRM systems

Computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel Experience working with startup environments preferred Work HoursThe General Manager position is full-time. The General Manager is expected to demonstrate work schedule flexibility and must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. General Manager may also be required to work off-site at partnership events. Physical RequirementsConstant standing/walking; occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
