We are NOW HIRING  Fence building Sales Reps for a fencing company in the North Austin Area.

Responsibilities:

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Coordinate scheduling of fence installations with builders.
• Survey each job site to verify property pins and line locations.
• Measure yard and draw fence location on survey plot furnished by the customer.
• Transfer drawing to a Work Order and notate all relevant information.
• Schedule jobs with Production Manager and monitor to ensure timely installations.
• Communicate with building superintendents as to any scheduling delays or installation issues.
• Meet installation crews, if necessary, to assist with details or complexities of installation.
• Turn in invoices weekly and pickup schedules or P.O.’s for future work if needed.
• Occasionally meet with Residential Clients and provide an estimate for fencing.
• Meet with Project Manager weekly to discuss current and future business and processes.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Organize, plan and prioritize work by developing specific goals.
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members, vendors, and customers. Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to your job. Monitor and control our resources
