Draft Note Design We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our executive team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations

$17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Prepare documents and presentations for meetings
Organize and coordinate office events
Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
