Be part of a talent-dense environment that accelerates your career growth. About The Opportunity Jerry is seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team. After achieving profitability in early 2024, we aim to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B company. You will play a key role in promoting data-driven decision-making, focusing on optimizing growth channels such as partnerships, marketing, and automation. Reporting to the Director of BizOps & Analytics, you will leverage advanced machine learning models to analyze data and inform our growth strategies. Jerry is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible—covering insurance, buy / sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, etc., in a $2T market in the U.S. Since 2019, we’ve launched multiple services and amassed over 5M customers, raising $240MM, scaling revenue 60X, and growing our team to 225 across 6 countries. How You Will Make An Impact Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer insights into acquisition strategies. Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A / B experiments to inform product and business decisions. Identify levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth. Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency. Preferred Experience 1-3 years of management consulting experience from top firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) OR relevant data science / business analysis experience. Proficiency in SQL or Python.
