Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Tampa (Brandon), FL (In-Person)

Responsibilities:
- You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring professionals across various departments
- Oversee the entire process from requisition to offer acceptance for diverse roles within our client's organization.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source both passive and active candidates using various channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Ensure clear communication and timely feedback to provide a positive experience for all candidates.
- Skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close candidates, facilitating a smooth transition into the client's company.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records within the applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter with success in sourcing and attracting talent in various capacities and roles.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms.
- Naturally proactive, with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to securing top talent quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
