What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives, ensuring ownership of the service delivery relationship
Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
Execute project forecasts and work schedules as implemented by senior management
Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy
Maintain up-to-date records on the status of all projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Relativity or similar eDiscovery tools
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
