AP Specialist, Reading, PA (Hybrid), $45,000–$55,000 – DIRECT HIRE ~ Join a well-established crane and engineering company with over a century of experience, known for its engineering excellence and customer-focused service in the Mid-Atlantic region. AP Specialist – Responsibilities Receive and process high volumes of invoices daily using Vista ERP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile vendor statements regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly. Manage pending invoices, vendor setup, and maintain accurate 1099 vendor files and W9 documentation. Process weekly vendor payments, reconcile credit card accounts, and assist with employee expense processing. Support month-end closing, prepare audit documentation, maintain vendor relationships, and contribute to AP process improvement initiatives. Handle confidential organizational information and special projects as assigned. AP Specialist – Requirements Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction. Proficient in Excel and Outlook, ERP software experience helpful. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on vendor relationship management. Ability to prioritize workload and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Professional integrity and confidentiality are essential. Outgoing personality and strong people skills required for vendor communication via phone and email. Schedule: Initially 100% onsite, transitioning to hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote once fully trained.
